Please note that check-in is on Sundays from 13.00 – 15.00 and check-out from 10.00 am – 12.00 pm, unless otherwise agreed with the reception.

Low season discount 2024
There is a discount of 10% for any Spanish classes and lodging at the student houses from April 28th, 2024 – June 2nd, 2024 and from September 15th – October 6th, 2024.
School holidays
There are no classes during the Easter Week from March 25th – March 29th, 2024 (lodging runs normaly). Additionally, the school will be closed from August 19th, 2024 – September 15th, 2024 (incl. lodging) and during Christmas week from December 23rd – December 25th, 2024 (lodging runs normally).
National holidays
January 1, April 11, May 1, July 25, August 1, December 1 and December 25. National holidays are subject to change. There is no refund for National Holidays.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than 8 weeks before the course start date:
If a participant cancels the program more than 8 weeks before the first day of class, the non-refundable deposit of USD 150.00 or USD 250.00 (if accommodation is booked through Wayra) will be forfeited.
Cancellations between 8 weeks and 2 weeks before the course start date:
For cancellations made between 8 weeks and 2 weeks before the start date of classes, a 50% cancellation fee of the program cost, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be charged.
Cancellations 15 days or less prior to the course start date:
There will be no refund for cancellations made within 15 days of the start date of classes.
Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your program and not lose your payment (excluding the non-refundable deposit), please follow these two requirements:
Notify us in writing at least 15 days before your scheduled start date.
Your rescheduled program must commence within one year of the original scheduled date.
